Dr. GODWIN KWANGA a lecturer in the Department of Geography Benue state university was rescued by team of Operation Zenda JTF in synergy with other security operatives in Makurdi the Benue state Capital.
Dr. GODWIN who was knapped was rescue shortly after then.
The rescue operation took place at Tse- Anjov village along Welfare Quarters, around the burial site of the Fulani herdsmen victims, mobile Barracks Ring road Makurdi.
Two of the kidnappers escape into the nearby bush with bullet wounds abandoning the victim and their operational weapons.
