Just like a magic, I caught sight of this young man around me each day....The guy didn't stop following me, it was becoming very embarrassing, but I didn't want to stand and listen to any thing from him. I continued working, while he drove behind me slowly, thankfully I was able to get a bus and found my way home... just could not believe him go to that length searching for my house just to locate me.
One evening I was relaxing outside with Grandma when a car drove into the compound it was the guy from the other day that had kept disturbing me, I wondered how he got to know my place ,Could he had followed me,? could someone had told him where I lived,? while I was still lost in thought he alighted from his car, and came towards us and greeted grandma. The voice gone down like that of dove
Good evening ma he said to Grandma, good evening my son how are you doing ,she replied, I'm very fine thank you ma,he said.
What are you doing here and how did you get to know my place?. I asked looking very confused. well a golden fish has nowhere to hide,it wasn't so difficult locating you,and I'm glad I did.
So can you give me your audience or at least go somewhere with me to relax and talk,I can't do that I said angrily, for heaven's sake am with my grandmother and I'm taking care of her I said..
Ivie, don't be worried about me I can take perfectly well of myself, go with the young man but try and come as early as possible, do not come back too late, grandma said.

He doesn't seems to me like someone who is giving up anytime soon,so I went inside and change into something better..
Soon I was done, he was a perfect gentleman, he opened the car door for me as I sat in like a queen, so where do you want us to go for dinner, he had asked, by this time I was already blushing.I mean I had never been in a relationship in a long while as a matter of fact I haven't been so cared for and adored by a man.
my first and only relationship was barely two months and didn't workout.

flipping through the pages of the book I saw different meals both local and intercontinental, but I certainly wanted to stick to what I know, so I ordered jollof rice and chicken. Mr Nice Guy asked the waitress to bring same for him. they also brought a bottle of wine..

Soon food was brought, but I was too shy to get started, come on it is wrong to disrespect food , please eat.He said in al gentility.

Soon we had finished eating, I thought we were heading home but instead he drove to a nearby cinema.
let's see a moviehe said,honestly I've never been to a cinema before and I was very happy to be there, but of course I didn't tell him that. he bought two tickets for the both of us,he also bought ice cream and popcorn, then we headed inside it was so beautiful,and the movie was mind blowing...
By the time we were done with the movie it was already late and I politely told him to take me back home that I would not want grandma to get worried. of course you are right he said.as he drove back home,he requested for my phone number. may I have your phone number please he said. I nodded my head affirmatively,I then dailed my phone number on his cell phone.
When we got home at Grandma's place, he didn't just drop me and drove out, he alighted from his car and went to Grandma thanking her for allowing me go out with him..
you're welcome my child, Grandma said ,you are well trained,go well,iyare,iye said.,As he went to his car,he gave me a beautiful smile which i reciprocated.
I can see Joy on your face ,he looks like a nice gentleman Grandma said. I mean only few men can Court a lady these days like this.

Back at the hospital Doctor Vee was still the topic of discussion and the desire of most nurses.But he kept ignoring all of them.
funny enough he preferred me working hand-in-hand with him or sending me on errands, which of course I didn't find funny because I didn't like him, I mean he called me stubborn,judging me without knowing me I was still angry at him.whenever he sent for me I really get angry but I cannot complain.
Why do you always say you are busy whenever I send for you he had asked?,because I am indeed very busy sir I said trying so Hard , to suppress my anger..
really you are too busy to work with me, not exactly sir,but then there are other nurses that are willing to work with you for as long as you want sir,well madam you are the one I choose to work with me while I'm in this hospital, expect you are not on duty..
My goodness , this doctor is trying so hard to bring out the beast in me, I said within me, but I won't let him, I was with him,and he had several patients to diagnose and treat, it was way past my closing time but Dr Vee would not allow me go,and i didn't want to lose my job either,so I kept mute thankfully about some minutes to 8, we were done...
My duties had ended by 6pm but I was the hospital at 8, courtesy Dr Vee, ,it was so annoying and frustrating.i picked up my bag and walked out of the hospital hoping to get a vehicle in time to take me home..
Nurse Ivie, Dr Vee called, get into the car so I can take you home,but why sir,I asked apparently I delayed you, it is only proper that I take you home too he had said.thank you sir I'm okay I can find my way, I had declined the offer, I didn't want to ride with him come on, Dr Vee that is so frustrating, Sir I cannnn, I was still talking when I heard my name from behind,hello Ivie, then I turned, it was Ik,he had come to the hospital I didn't know why but I was glad he did, Ik I didn't know you were coming around, yes I went home and iye told me you were still at work so I had to come fetch you home...
Thank you very much I said to him smiling, because it was the right timing.i wouldn't have been comfortable riding with Dr Vee...
Well sir, thanks for your effort but there won't be any need taking me home, someone is here already to take me home,I said to Dr Vee.it's Okay,Ik went and opened the door of his car for me and we drove out of the hospital.
As we drove home he was smiling all through,and bringing different interesting conversation,I thanked him for bringing me home since my wicked doctor made me work an extra time, oh that's nothing dear he said politely.
Ivy please a minute,we went back to the car ivie ni imose,the beautiful one,I am yet get a reply from as to my request..
I love you so much,and I shall be very happy to have you as my girl,he had said with all seriousness,,,,
