Benue State University Alumni Association's National President Comr. Vihimga Lawrence Terungwa yesterday 11/11/2021 charged youths to step up efforts toward actualizing their potentials in leadership possessions.
The Alumni National President who is also a frontline aspirant for Sankera Federal seat made the call at Kimbis Hotels, Makurdi when he was presented with an award of honor by Hope Brisk For Youths Initiative, a non Governmental Organization which has its headquarters in Abuja.
The BSUAA National president clearly stated that, it has come to a brim where the youths of this Nation has to rise against the spirit of inferiority complex and take the bull by the horn, by actively participating in politics irrespective of religious colouration, fighting for what rightfully belongs to them in line with the constitution and the fear of God.
He added that, to further exemplify his call for leadership challenges, he has also thrown his hart in the ring to clinch the Federal House of Representatives seat to equitably woo good governance and representation to the good people of Katsina Ala, Ukum and Logo.
Comr. Vihimga Who was also a recipient of the meritorious award of honor for good leadership appreciated the organizers of the event for finding him worthy of the award.
President Vihimga conclusively said he has on behalf of himself, his beloved wife and the entire BSU Alumni family returned gratitude to the HBYI for finding him fit for the award without lobbying for same, and pray God to actualize their dreams and hope for the initiative.
